How long does the design process take?

Design turnaround times vary depending on the service:

- Logo Design: 10-14 days

- Web Design: 4-6 weeks

- Branding Packages: 4-8 weeks

- Other Graphic Services: 7-14 days

For urgent projects, rush services are available for an additional fee.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges for digital products?

All sales of digital products and services are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads and immediate access, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Are hosting fees included with my order

No, the hosting fees for Shopify or Squarespace, as well as any other third-party apps needed to enhance your website, are not included.

What do I need to provide to start the design process?

To initiate the design process, you must submit high-resolution professional photos and any necessary content within five (5) business days of receiving the onboarding email.

How many revisions are included in the design services?

All designs include three (3) rounds of revisions, which are limited to adjustments in fonts, colors, and imagery. Full redesigns are not included.

Are the designs optimized for mobile?

Yes, all web designs are mobile-optimized to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.

Can I connect my own domain?

Yes, we offer domain connection services if needed.
