TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing an order with Atelier Ameera, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. All sales of digital products and services are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads and the immediate access provided, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

2. Timely Content Submission: To start the design process, you must submit high-resolution professional photos within five business days of receiving your onboarding email. Delays in providing content will lead to extended turnaround times. Stock photography is available upon request.

3. Order Confirmation: Upon confirming your order, you will receive a welcome email within 24 hours that outlines the next steps and includes a content request. This information is essential for commencing your project design. All content must be submitted within five (5) business days of placing your order. Late submissions will result in an extended turnaround time for your project.

4. Usage Agreement: You agree not to copy, distribute, or resell any digital products or services from Atelier Ameera. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability Disclaimer: Atelier Ameera is not responsible for any outcomes, losses, or damages that may arise from the use of our digital products or services.

6. Communication Hours: Our communication hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM EDT. Please note that we do not operate on weekends or holidays.

7. Response Time: Please allow up to 24 hours for responses to all order inquiries.

8. Revision Policy: All designs include three (3) rounds of revisions. Revisions are limited to adjustments in fonts, colors, and imagery; full redesigns are not included. Any refinements beyond three rounds shall be chargeable at $75 per hour.

9. Design Turnaround Times: Initial concepts for the following services will be delivered within the specified timeframes: - Logo Design: 10-14 business days - Web Design: 4-6 weeks - Branding Packages: 4-8 weeks - All Other Graphic Services: 5-10 business days

  • Rush Service: Rush service is available for an additional fee. Please email contact@atelierameera.com for further details before placing your order.

10. Project Desertion Policy: If there is a lapse in communication regarding your project for longer than two weeks, a $50 desertion fee will be applied to restart your project. Once this fee is paid, your project will be rescheduled based on current volume.

If your project remains without communication for over 30 days, a fee of $150 will be charged.

Any project that has been deserted for 60 days or more, any materials worked on up to that point will be sent to you. Design work will then be halted, and your project will be canceled, with no refund provided.

  • Please note that halting communication refers to situations where I do not receive a response about an emailed preview, or if there has been no notification regarding a vacation, break, or any external reason for pausing your project. If such reasons are communicated in advance, the fees mentioned above will not apply.

 

11. Termination Rights: Atelier Ameera reserves the right to terminate the project at any time if the terms outlined in this agreement are not met or if the professional relationship is not deemed to be a good fit. 

**For Web Design Clients Only:** Your website will require a domain and a hosting plan. Please note that fees for Shopify or Squarespace, along with any other third-party apps or integrations needed to enhance your website, are not included and must be paid separately.
